YIN 3 HOUR WORKSHOPS

Fee per workshop: $49/$42 concession

 

Yin practice enhances the natural range of motion in the joints. You release deeply into the connective tissue to enhance the flow of prana in the tissues around the joints. Consider forced retirement for athletes tends not to be due to muscle problems but to joint issues like sore backs, injured knees and so on. These are the same problems that cause old people to shuffle around- loss of range of movement in the joints.

 

This is a class to attend if you would like to increase flexibility, completely relax  and feel young and free! A student who attended a previous 3 hour Yin class said:
