Our Beginners Courses and Beginners drop-in classes are specifically designed for those new to yoga. Learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice, and receive individualised instruction as we cap class numbers.

The Beginners course progresses from week to week starting at the very beginning.

The Beginners drop-in classes are more general - designed for those new to yoga that you can come to anytime. Beginners classes are also great for all students to get ‘back to basics’ and to cultivate ‘Beginner’s Mind’.

Level 2 Wednesday, 19 January, 7:15-8:15pm
Level 1 Thursday, 9 February, 6:00-7:00am
Over 50's Level 1 Thursday, 16 February, 7:30-8:30am
Level 1 Wednesday, 29 February, 7:15-8:15pm
Level 2 Monday, 20 February, 5:45-6:45pm

Drop-in Beginner’s classes
Tuesdays 9:15am
Saturdays 9:15am

 

Fees: Courses $96/ $84 concession for 6 week course

 

Drop-in Class $20/ $14 concession
