Most yoga teacher training just gives practice in the techniques of Pranayama rather than how to actually teach it or how and why to modify for students. That is because teaching pranayama is a powerful practice and adeptness in practice must be mastered first before teaching others.

These workshops will skill you in both the practice and the teaching of Pranayama and how to use Pranayama therapeutically. You will learn when it is appropriate, who to teach what Pranayama practices to and when and why Pranayama may be contraindicated.
