PREVIOUS TEACHER TRAINEES HAVE SAID:
"Yoga teacher training with Tamara has been a thoughtful journey into deeper understanding life, my own practice and how to teach yoga well. Yoga touches people deeply when taught well; it has the power to change people's lives. I think this course, more than any other yoga teacher training, can produce teachers like that."

“Share in the power of the sangha (community) created in Tamara’s Teacher Training program. Find your ground, get centered and discover yoga, as you’ve never imagined it. This is a course that will honestly change your life. Even if teaching is far from your mind, enroll to expand your experience of yoga. Let me tell you, this yogi lives and demonstrates yoga in all its many ways. Let her inspire you too!”

“It’s so wonderful to be completely absorbed in something like yoga and the teacher training program provides the opportunity to be immersed in learning about yoga and doing yoga as often as you can. It’s been a life-changing experience for me and a gateway to a much healthier and happier life. Tamara is a knowledgeable and fantastic teacher and the program is fun and interesting as well as challenging. I love going along to the teacher training sessions and have learnt so much about so many different aspects of yoga, from anatomy and physiology to chakras, pranayama, philosophy, ethics and how to make adjustments in asanas, its’ so enriching. I’ve met some great people and been cured of a physical illness from which I have suffered for many years. Whether you are planning to teach yoga or just doing the course to learn more about yoga, I can guarantee there will be enormous benefits, physically, emotionally and spiritually.” __Carol Hicks
